Community Choice Home Care, Inc. began business in July 1996. The office is open five days a week from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Phone calls are answered 24 hours a day. The agency employs the following professional staff: Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Home Health Aides, Personal Caregivers, Homemakers and Administrative Personnel. Professional services available include Skilled Nursing, RN Supervision, Occupational and Physical Therapy, Lab Services and IV Therapy.
