Skilled Nurse Service

Registered Nurse and Licensed Practical Nurses provide education, assessments of medical condition, medication management, post-surgical care, administer injections, pain management, and other services.

IV Therapy

Administer antibiotic or hydration therapy, in order to eliminate or reduce hospital stays.

Physical Therapy

For patients with nerve, orthopedic or muscle disorders, a routine program of light exercise or stretching activities is established. This routine is designed to increase movement and mobility.

Lab Services

Lab draws are conducted as prescribed and sent to nearby laboratories. The findings are then forwarded to the physician for evaluation.

Occupational Therapy

Speech Therapy

Provide improved communication skills for those with impaired ability to use language and speech. Patients recovering from stroke, head injury, or hearing loss may benefit.

Home Health Aids

Provide partial/complete bed baths, tub/shower baths, personal hygiene, catheter care, and assistance with walking and transfers.

Homemakers

Provide personal care, along with light housekeeping, laundry, and errands.

Respite Care

Provide short-term care in the absence of a caregiver.

Medical Social Service

Assesses mental health, links with community organizations, establishes connections, secures resources, and aids in understanding emotional factors.
